Aisha Kelly, aged 35, struggled in her first two attempts at going to college. Later on, a diagnosis of ADD helped her understand why she had run into so much trouble trying to get through her college courses.
Having a young son to take care of on her own didn’t make things any easier. But after stressing the importance of education to her child so many times, she decided to step up and show that she meant what she said, regardless of the challenges. With the help of both merit and needs based scholarships, she was able to enroll at Bennett College in Greensboro, SC.
Now she’s one semester from graduation, with a 3.5 grade point average. She’s asking for financial help to get the job done. You can join many others who have helped here.
